Last updated: 25th June, 2026

Introduction

RR PROPERTIES SOLUTIONS LTD ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a registered real estate service provider in Mauritius and runs this website in that capacity. For the Mauritius market, we provide property management, sales, rentals, and investment listings.

You accept these terms and conditions by using this website.

Approbation and Acceptance of Terms

In accordance with the Mauritius Electronic Transactions Act 2000 (as modified in 2026), your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is legally binding.

  • Affirmative Action: By checking the "I Agree" or "Submit" box, or by freely entering your personal information into our digital contact and inquiry forms, you provide a clear affirmative action showing your unambiguous assent to the conditions.
  • Proposals vs. Offers: Under Section 14A of the Electronic Transactions Act, any property listings or services posted on this website are merely an invitation to make an offer (invitation à traiter), not a binding contract offer.

Data Collection and Privacy (Data Protection Act 2017)

We act as a Data Controller under the Mauritian Data Protection Act 2017 (DPA 2017). We honour the privacy of local buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

  • Why we collect your data: We only collect personal data for obvious, justifiable purposes, such as your name, contact information, email address, and specific property details. We can manage our customer connections, perform real estate transactions with ease, and stay completely compliant with local regulations thanks to this data.
  • Your consent: Every time you list a residence with us or submit a property inquiry, you explicitly grant us permission to use your information in order to complete those real estate service requests.
  • Your Rights Under the DPA 2017: As a Mauritian data subject, you are entitled to:
    a. Access the personal information we have about you.
    b. Request the correction or deletion of any incorrect personal information.
    c. Submit a written objection at any time to stop your data from being used for direct marketing.
    d. At any time, you can revoke your consent for us to process your data (please be aware that this won't make any data processing we did prior to your withdrawal illegal).
  • Data Retention: Your information will be securely stored and retained for no longer than is necessary to achieve our business objectives or as required by Mauritian statutory laws (for example, Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering frameworks).

Property Information and Accuracy

All property descriptions, pricing, dimensions, maps, and availability displayed on this website are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the Mauritius real estate market might vary.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Local buyers and sellers should check any property details with us before making financial commitments.

No Binding Offer and Legal Formalities

The material on this website is not a legally binding contract or a formal offer of sale.

The signing of a formal compromis de vente (bilateral sales agreement), the execution of an authentic deed (acte authentique) prepared and witnessed by a registered Mauritian Notary Public, and formal registration with the Registrar-General are the prerequisites for a legally binding real estate transfer in Mauritius, according to the Code Civil Mauricien.

Third-Party Content and External Listings

You may occasionally come across property ads, promotional materials, or direct valuation estimates from independent landlords, developers, or outside partners.

  • No Accuracy Guarantees: Since all of this material is derived from outside sources, we are unable to confirm or guarantee that every detail is perfect, wholly correct, or consistent with local regulations.
  • Limitation of Liability: Any mistakes, out-of-date information, or false statements in these third-party submissions are not our responsibility.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

You consent to using our services only for valid, real estate-related questions by using our platform. Any misuse of the website is strictly forbidden. This includes deliberately providing false information on our web forms and trying to access our servers without authorization.

Please be aware that everything you see here is the sole intellectual property of RR PROPERTIES SOLUTIONS LTD, including the particular text layouts, branding, logos, and original material.

Limitation of Liability

RR PROPERTIES SOLUTIONS LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential financial losses, damages, or lost investment opportunities to the extent allowed by Mauritius law. This covers any consequences that arise from your dependence on the information and tools on the website, as well as any brief outages or unforeseen technical issues.

Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Requirements

The Company is committed to complying with all applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions and regulatory requirements in Mauritius.

We reserve the right, at any time, to request such information, documentation and evidence as may be reasonably required to verify the identity of any client, beneficial owner, representative or other person involved in a proposed transaction.

The Company may suspend, decline or terminate the provision of its services where:

(b) We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, delay or inability to perform its obligations or make its website or services available where such failure, interruption, delay or inability arises from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, cyclones, floods, fires, pandemics, epidemics, power outages, telecommunications or internet failures, cyber-attacks, labour disputes, governmental actions, civil unrest, war or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

During the continuance of such event, the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and the Company shall resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
